Stretch and Mobility

This class is essential for all my mover’s out there. Working on mobility and flexibility is just as important as building strong muscles when it comes to having a balanced body. Stretching has many benefits!

The benefits range from improving physical activity during day to day activities, creates more range of motion in the joints, increases blood flow throughout the body, lengthens tight muscles that can be causing pain and it prevents injuries. This is a slower tempo class that really focuses on deeper stretches and releasing tight muscles by using the apparatus and foam roller.
