Strength class incorporates higher spring tension, which creates strength while creating long lean muscles, building a strong core aka powerhouse, as well as creating more muscle endurance when lighter weights and higher reps are used. This is a full body workout which is essential for all my gym girls because it helps balance out all the muscles. This creates not only a balanced look but also build the body as a whole. This is also a great approach to prevent injuries.
