Jump Board (Cardio)

This is a great class for the mover that doesn’t have time to go for a run and then to a pilates class. Now we’ve brought them both together! This a very up beat fast temp class. Jump board is great because it facilitates plyometric movement. It’s low impact and great for joints, especially if you have any knee or hip injuries. It also helps improve bone density! Jump board will get your heart pumping. It’s fast aerobic pace is great for cardio while lengthening and strengthening your muscles, as well as building muscle endurance.

You’ll be leaving this class “Pilates Glistening”. Of course we focus on the core but be ready to really feel your thighs and gluten turn on and work hard. This class is great for all levels! Like always the client determines the intensity.
